October Lodge Meeting
Friday October 7, 2005 8:45 pm PDTWe had a great meeting last night. Tim M. (treasurer) and Sean Z. (secretary) served their first meeting as lodge officers. We had 9 youth and several adults at the meeting. The youth decided that lodge patches will be distributed at the Ordeal from now on.
Our December 1 meeting will be a fund raiser at Shakees in La Crescenta. The meeting will start at 7:00 PM and will involve a gift exchange ($10 items).
Our November meeting will be a toy drive. Bring your toys for Apache teenagers on the White Mountain Indian Reservation. There will be hot apple cider.
Dellon has volunteered to be our Trade-O-Ree Chief, that is coming in the Spring. We have several items of discussion - David Brown's motion about adult behavior, the budget, the calendar and the possibility of having our September banquet as a pot luck dinner on a Thursday night. The lodge is also still discussing whether or not to end Ordeals on Saturday night. Our new staff advisor, Tony Enterante, came by to meet the lodge.
