Adult Forum Results

July 9, 2004

We had a productive adult meeting on July 9th. There were several items of interest discussed.

  1. The chapters should be defined by bylaw amendments and appointed chapter advisers.
  2. Adults should have the right to speak at lodge meetings, but may be limited to 1 minute.
  3. The lodge still has officers that should be elected.
  4. The lodge should carefully demonstrate fiscal responsibility for all expenses.

These items of discussion are submitted to the youth for consideration. The youth are encouraged to discuss these issues at the next Executive Committee meeting on July 15.
